Lisp Developers, Teleonto Technologies, Hyderabad, India

Teleonto Technologies Private Ltd., located in Hyderabad, India, builds and
delivers an exciting and growing range of analytics for the
telecommunications industry.

Teleonto has made a major commitment to the use of Lisp and functional
programming. Our versatile ApT platform is a service-oriented architectural
workflow framework written in Common Lisp, and makes use of
high-performance, dynamic, object caching database technology. We are
extending our range to include ontology definition using RDF triples.

We are always interested in candidates who have experience with functional
programming, particularly with Lisp, but also with other functional
languages such as Scheme or Smalltalk. We are particularly interested in
candidates who have delivered products written in Lisp. Experience with
data mining or with applied artificial intelligence techniques is a plus.
We have openings at all levels of experience.

We are also setting up a Lisp training center, and we are looking for a Lisp instructor to run that program.

To apply or inquire, please send email with information about your
experience and interests to lispjobs at teleonto dot com.

Internships at Streamtech, The Hague

“At Streamtech, it can be hard to distinguish the interns from the employees. That’s because we believe that to make for an interesting internship, you have to be immersed in the daily business of the organization – in our case, building top notch (web-)software – together with the rest of the team.
As far as we’re concerned, interns are just junior developers with a twist. If you’re looking for an easy internship, look elsewhere. But if you want to work on interesting projects with a great team and you think you’re up to our standards, please read on.” or just follow this link.

We are new to lisp but believe it to be quite powerful.  Your site was recommended to us by Mark Watson, who is helping us, and Bill Clemenson.  Our need to for a couple of heavy lisp developers with some AI part or full-time working mostly remotely is fine.  We are building an understanding generator for health care.  Here is a job description and if you would be so kind to post it we would be grateful.  I am a development manager for GHX (Global Healthcare Exchange).

We are looking for a grounded hands-on senior lisp programmer to help us complete an innovative business solution being built on core human principles.  The candidate will have significant in-depth experience of AI programming specifically: Machine Learning, Bayesian/Neural Networks, Relevance Feedback, etc. An advanced degree is preferred; however consideration will also be given to persons of outstanding experience and background.
